Davis Basement Remodel

The basement was already remodeled years prior. The original basement was actually two rooms and there was no bathroom area. The Owner wanted an open room concept with a full bathroom. P&G Property Solutions removed the inner walls and opened the basement up. The Drop Ceiling was removed and the ceiling reworked, drywalled, and recessed LED Ceiling Lights installed.  A full bathroom was designed into the floor plan which consisted of a Vanity, Toilet and Acrylic Shower. Final steps of painting and Berber Carpet installation completed.

Bridgetown Basement Remodel

The following photos show a full basement remodeling for clients who wished to add additional Family Room/Entertainment Space plus Office and Full bathroom Area.

This remodel included complete area framing, electric (Recessed Lights, Smoke, Fire and Carbon Dioxide Detectors), plumbing (including ceiling sprinkler system) as well as all finish work  (Baseboards, doors, door trim, carpet and door trim.

Holiday Basement Remodel

Ganesh Cherry Basement Bar (Mason, Ohio)

This bar was part of an overall 1600 Square Foot Basement Remodel. The basement was bare and all areas of the Basement project were laid out and completed by P&G Property Solutions. This Bar consisted of Cherry Cabinets, Special Glass Cabinet Doors, Granite Countertops, Glass Backsplash, Under the Cabinet Lighting, Copper Tin Ceiling with Recessed Lighting and Crown Molding, and Behind the Crown Molding Lighting. All lighting was includes Dimmer Switches to create any lighting mood. The Bar area also includes a Under the Counter Double Glass Door Refrigerator, Icemaker and Microwave. The flooring is a real wood interlocking floor.

West Chester Basement Remodel

Sunbury Kitchen Project

Loveland Basement Work Out Room

Small 20 ‘ x 20’ Loveland Ohio Basement area made into a work out area. The project consisted of installing a Tankless Hot Water System in the closet area to service a bathroom and laundry room upstairs. The walls were framed, electric ran for Flat Screen TV’s and room fans. Doors, Basebords and door trim installed.The floor area, after being leveled was covered with vinyl plank interlocking flooring. The stairwell area leading to the basement room was drywalled and carpeted. The entire project was then painted and completed.

Electric Fireplace Wall with Display Case

This fireplace wall was part of an overall basement remodel project. The wall area was framed out and the wall has an “Inset” area where the Electric Fireplace slips into the recessed area of the wall. In addition to the electric fireplace insert, a recessed Cherry Wood Display Case area was built above the fireplace with directional lighting.Behind the wall is the electric outlet for the Fireplace and display lighting. The wall surrounding the fireplace and Display Case is Porcelain Tile. The project area was completed with Crown Molding and painted walls on each side of the Fireplace Wall. This created a definite focal point area for this Basement Remodeling Project in Mason, Ohio.

Black & White Tiled Shower

Client had torn out most of their shower due to a severe water leak. P&G Property Solutions gutted the rest of the shower area. We then installed a rubber membrane and poured a new concrete shower floor. A new in- wall water valve was installed with a new single handle water handle and shower head.Afterwards the shower floor and walls were tiled. Tiled area was then cleaned and sealed. Final process of installing a new glass shower door was completed.

Mason Full Bathroom

This bathroom was part of a new 1600 Square Foot full Basement Remodel Project in Mason Ohio. The area was part of an unfinished basement area. P&G Property Solutions completed all the framing, electrical, drywall, painting, tile work and shower door completion. We also installed a Cherry Vanity Area with A Quartz CounterTop and under mount sink. The porcelain tile in the shower area includes a Deco-Tile Strip area and a inset tiled recessed Niche area for placement of shower bottles etc. P&G Property Solutions also installed the Bath Fan, Lighting and Vanity Mirror.

West Chester Electric Fireplace Remodel

Photo 1: Shows an outdated stone fire burning Fireplace.
Photo 2: Shows the Fireplace after the demo was completed. P&G Property Solutions the fireplace was not completed properly. Many of the fire bricks were not secured and the internal area of the fireplace was decaying. 
Photo 3: After the fireplace was repaired and the fire brick repaired, we then insulated the internal area of the fireplace. Afterwards, Concrete Rock Board was installed to create a solid base for the new stone work to begin. A wood Mantle was then installed.
Photo 4: New Stone applied to the Fireplace area. Project completed. Photo shows electric fireplace operational.
Note: This Fireplace remodel was part of an overall house remodel for a West Chester, Ohio 1970’s Home made ready for sale.

Partial Wall Removal Project

Project photos of old house remodel project where partial wall removal was completed and the area drywalled. Afterwards final touches of area including carpet, trim and painting completed.

Bath Remodel

The old bathroom area was a small 4-foot by four-foot bath area. P&G removed a hall wall and door and expanded the bathroom to 8 -foot x 4-foot bath area with a new 60-inch double bowl sink with a marble top. The bathtub was re-usable and above the tub was tiled. The rest of the project included Bathroom drywall replacement and repair, new LVT flooring, new oblong toilet, recessed lighting, bath fan with light, wall mirrors plus final painting of bathroom.

Small Half Bath Updated

Remove old toilet, vanity and sink, lighting and floor. Installed new plank style tile flooring, baseboards and door trim, new vanity, sink, faucet and lighting.

Updated Bathroom

Client wanted to update a small bath however did not want to tear out current standard white bath tub and wanted to keep standard white toilet.

With a simple tile floor and tiled wall bathtub change the bathroom was updated and given a new look at a favorable price.

Sometimes a simple small change or two can make a big difference.

Sudbury Bathroom Addition

The following photo’s show the addition of a full bathroom addition where there was no bathroom. Additional plumbing had to be installed in the floor. After plumbing was addressed, the remainder of the bathroom was completed.

Norwood Bathroom Remodel

This smaller bathroom remodel is difficult to show in one large all inclusive photo. The old bathroom area required a major demolition of the walls and flooring removing the Wall Tile, Lath Board and the old floor tile was embedded in concrete. In addition to the photos, other remodeling areas included new plumbing lines, stack pipe replacement and full electrical work.
